Designed to give girls the best option to practice, play games, learn from area high school coaches & pros, this academy will fit easily within your existing schedule. Our experienced staff will run a practice focusing on drills and repetition for the fundamentals. We will cover pitching, fielding, hitting, throwing … everything needed to build confidence and skills for their next season. We want to eliminate the bad habits before they start. Players will be split into groups based on age and ability. Parent coaches are welcome to get involved with our pros. We know you all want to learn more about all the aspects of the game. Area high school coaches & baseball pros will run drills & scrimmages. In this Academy the coaches will work on drills to help compliment what they are doing in their team practices. Not only will they break down the HOW to do a specific skill, but the WHY! Many players look for short cuts - once they understand the WHY, it makes the game easier. REGISTER: by Monday, July 6th STARTS: August 7th AGES: K - 8th grade NFL Uniforms TFL Flag is a fast moving NFL program with games designed to improve the skill position players: QB, WR, RB, and DB’s. Rules can be found on the website, thefarmleague.com.10 games with an end-of-season tournament.We separate the kids into GRADE specific divisions to allow for an equal level of play.Games are played Friday nights, Saturdays and Sunday afternoons, with some divisions playing Tuesday & Wednesday evenings.All players receive an NFL jersey, matching shorts and a set of flags. Flag football is a great game. Designed by NFL to teach kids the game and to be physically active. Boy’s middle school division is a blast. As we approach the end of the school year, we have several exciting events and necessary adjustments to our daily schedule. Due to these end-of-year activities and changes to the lunch schedule, the final week for lunch visitors for the 2025–2026 school year will be May 11th–15th.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to ensure a smooth and memorable close to the school year for all students.

KISD Community Flyer for Rice University Center for STEM Engagement K–12 Summer Camps hosted at Lone Star College–University Park. One-week summer programs for students in grades 3–9 (2025–2026 school year). STEAM-UP (grades 3–6) focuses on creative STEAM exploration, and Spark Academy (grades 7–9) focuses on energy, sustainability, and emerging technologies. Students participate in hands-on projects, build problem-solving and teamwork skills, explore STEM careers, and experience college campus environments.
Camp dates: Week A (June 1–4), Week B (June 8–11), and Week C (June 22–25). Cost is $399. Students must bring lunch, snacks, and a water bottle daily.
